A brilliant surgeon Kemal, had to change his name and move to the outskirts of Istanbul to continue his medical practice. While the reasons behind his disappearance are not known, he is still the same stubborn, hard-hitting and very skilled doctor he once was.

Ömer; a promising young surgeon at Istanbul’s biggest hosiptal group, is sent to a small and neglected sister hospital under dubious conditions. Miserable due to this unfair demotion, Ömer starts working at this primitive hospital. While looking for ways to get out of this place, Ömer’s path crosses with his colleague Leyla who had disappeared after a traumatic accident 5 years ago. Ömer will find out that his love for Leyla is still strong. But he is faced with a major obstacle, namely Dr. Kemal a.k.a. Dr. Ali.
